Contract Requirements

The Contract:

is a written legally binding agreement between two or more parties,

should be specific in nature,

should outline all requirements and specifications,

should have a definite price (or maximum capped price),

should have a definite delivery or completion date, and,

should be signed as acceptable by all parties involved.

Note: Each party should receive an original signed copy.
